JUTHAMN

A newly built, spacious west facing house on a beautiful and naturally unspoilt island in the outer
Turku archipelago. Reachable by one larger plus one smaller local car ferry.

Built 2010 / 8+2 persons, 92 + 25 m2

4 full size bedrooms (3 main house & 1 sauna building), open kitchen, dining and living room.
Large kitchen with electric hob/oven, sink with running cold water, fridge, freezer, microwave oven,
coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. The main house sits surrounded by nature on the hillside (20m
above sea level) with a separate sauna building by the sea at the bottom of winding staircase.
Both houses are winterized with a large wood-burning central fireplace and wood-burning stove which
are the main heating sources. There are 2 composting toilets (next to main house and sauna house),
a gas grill, large terraces (totally 220 sq meters of terracing) including 3 large terrace areas under a roof.

The sauna building has a spacious traditional wood-burning sauna with beautiful sea views. Running
cold water tap and stove water tank which provides hot water. The 4th bedroom in sauna building, a
large 15m2 bedroom with iron stove and beautiful uninterrupted sea views. Between the sauna and
bedroom there is a large sauna changing area with a comfortable seating and fridge.

Both shallow water for children and accessed from the sauna a deep water jetty with a swimming
ladder.

A large rowing boat is provided for guest use. An aluminum boat with a 5hp motor more suitable for
fishing is available for hire (please contact owner for a quote).

The house has running water from a well which is adequate for normal summer house use. If it’s used
heavily the well will run dry. If you require unlimited running water please do not book Juthamn.
